Celebrate the Grand Opening of Randy’s Thrill Hill, our newest attraction on the largest manmade hill in the Midwest. This 250-foot-long slide, standing 70 feet tall with a 50 foot vertical drop is a tribute to Randy Isaacson’s adventurous spirit.
Randy believed in creating moments of joy, excitement, and togetherness, and this night is all about celebrating that legacy.
Featuring the largest drone show in Wisconsin... EVER!
A whopping 650 drones will take to the Bear Paw sky in celebration of the opening of Randy’s Thrill Hill, accompanied by food trucks ($) and fireworks!
9AM-9PM: Adventure Park amenities are open to the public - enjoy discounted tickets!
7PM: Food trucks ($) and recreation activities
7:30PM-8PM: Ribbon cutting ceremony for Randy’s Thrill Hill
9:10PM: Wisconsin’s LARGEST drone show takes to the sky, accompanied by a thrilling fireworks display!

*Some recreation activities are included at no cost, while others require a fee.
*Randy’s Thrill Hill: Riders must be at least 42 inches tall to ride alone. Shorter guests may ride with someone who meets the height requirement.
From one man’s dream to an epic adventure!
For over 20 years, Randy Isaacson (the founder of our neighboring property Jellystone Park™ Caledonia and Bear Paw Adventure Park) turned this resort into the innovative family destination it is today.
Sadly, he passed in 2024. In his honor, this Grand Opening event will be dedicated to his remarkable vision and lasting legacy.
The Thrill Hill represents one of Randy’s final big, unfinished dreams. A dream that captures the essence of his remarkable spirit. He never did anything halfway; everything he created was bigger, bolder, and beyond what most could imagine.
Now, after years of planning and construction, Randy’s Thrill Hill is the realization of a dream brought to life.
