Whether you purchased a 2, 4, or 10-pack of passes, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of redeeming them.
Once you’ve purchased your passes, head to your email to find your passes! Your passes will be emailed from noreply@roller.app
To redeem passes in person, simply show your pass with the QR code at the ticket booth and we’ll scan it. To redeem passes online, you will need to input the code which appears below the QR code in the ‘Apply a Discount’ box upon check out.
Select your adventure on our passes page! Choose a date and time that works best for you.
Select the ‘Check Out’ button and sign in to your existing account or create a new one.
Select ‘Redeem Now’ and enter your code underneath the QR code that was emailed to you.
Remember to sign a waiver prior to your adventure!
Yes! Just check in at the ticket booth. Please note: This method is subject to availability and you may not get the exact session you want.
Yes! You will need to add each ticket individually to your cart, ensuring the quantity associated with each ticket using a pass is one.
You do not need to redeem all passes at once!
Yes, if you are purchasing them through your account. However, the additional person will need to complete a waiver.
All passes are valid for one season only and will expire at the end of the season you bought them for.
