Bear Paw Splash Party!
Looking for the most flexible birthday party option? Our Bear Paw Splash Party is perfect for families who want to plan their day their way.
This self-guided party package is not hosted or structured by the Bear Paw Adventure Park Team, giving you full freedom to customize your celebration. Choose from multiple start times, enjoy the park at your own pace, and add exactly what you need.
This package is perfect for groups hosting a party, celebration, or special occasion who want to plan their own adventure. Available for groups of 10 or more (including guests of honor and chaperones). Party packages include General Admission passes only. Additional amenities and activities can be added to your package through optional add-ons.

- Each add-on ticket can only be purchased if there is a general admission pass for that guest. Base packages include 10 general admission passes.
- Activity add-ons should be scheduled at least 30 minutes after your party start time to accommodate for check-in time.
Availability
Bear Paw Splash Parties are available daily from May 23 through September 7, 2026, when the Adventure Park is open. Party start times are every 30 minutes between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive anytime after your selected start time.
Party packages are for 4 hours and 30 minutes, however, guests are welcome to stay until the beach closes on the day of their party.
Parties can be booked up until 24 hours in advance.

Bear Paw Explorer Bash!
Looking for a fun celebration that’s short on time but big on adventure? Our Bear Paw Explorer Bash Party is the perfectly planned 3-hour celebration for kids and families.
Hosted by the Bear Paw Adventure Park team, this action-packed party lets you relax while we handle the details. Your group will enjoy both the Land and Beach areas of the park, with the option to add an Adventure Island session. Plus, we’ll provide pizza and soda to keep everyone fueled for fun!
Available for groups of 10 - 18 guests (including guests of honor and chaperones). Party packages include General Admission passes only. Additional amenities and activities can be added to your package through optional add-ons.

Bear Paw Cabana Celebration!
Our most thrilling party option, the Bear Paw Cabana Celebration gives your group a fully covered cabana right on the beach for a 4-hour celebration.
Hosted by our Bear Paw staff, this party lets guests enjoy both the Land and Water areas of the park, with a bonus hour at the end to revisit favorites or explore even more! Plus, we’ll provide pizza and soda to keep everyone fueled for fun.
Relax on the beach or fill your party with adventure using add-ons like Adventure Island sessions and Gem Mining for a birthday your guests will never forget!

Bear Paw Nights Extended Fun!
BONUS: Extend the Fun with Bear Paw Nights!
Book a 3:30 PM Bear Paw Cabana Celebration or 4:30 PM Bear Paw Explorer Party on select Wednesdays or Saturdays, and stay for Bear Paw Nights and our Northern Lights Drone Show—at no extra cost!
While your party officially ends at 7:30 PM when the beach closes, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy a foam party, silent disco, and more.
Enhance the experience with a Bear Paw Nights Fun Pack, which includes a glow sword or necklace, popcorn and a slushie for each guest to enjoy while watching the drones light up the sky.
Bear Paw Nights runs from 7:30 PM until the drone launch at 9:00 PM, with the evening concluding around 9:15 PM.

*The first Wednesday night show is June 10, the last Wednesday night show is August 26. Saturdays are from May 23 - Sept 5.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a Birthday Party and be eligible for a refund, notice must be given at least 7 days in advance. Birthday Party cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund, minus a $50 booking fee. Birthday Parties canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Does the guest count include the birthday child or guest of honor?
Yes. The base 10-guest count includes the birthday child or guest of honor and any adult chaperones.
Are there height or supervision requirements for Bear Paw attractions?
Yes. All amenity height, weight, age and supervision requirements can be viewed here.
Can I bring my own chair?
Can I bring additional guests or chaperones?
Do birthday party guests need a Bear Paw waiver?
Yes. All guests entering Bear Paw Adventure Park—including observers—must have a completed safety waiver before receiving admission. Guests under 18 years old must have their waiver completed by a parent or guardian.
Is there a maximum number of guests for birthday parties?
The Bear Paw Splash Party does not have a maximum guest limit.
The Bear Paw Explorer Party and Cabana Celebration are limited to 18 guests due to space constraints. For parties larger than 18 guests, please contact our Groups Team to explore available options: groups@bearpawadventurepark.com | 262-824-2108
Can I add guests or food after I book my party?
Yes! The Bear Paw Groups Team will contact you a few days before your party to confirm details and add any additional guests not listed on your digital RSVP list.
For Bear Paw Explorer and Cabana Celebration parties, you can add additional food or drinks up to 3 days before your party.
Note: Bear Paw Splash Parties are not able to pre-order food or beverages.
Can I bring my own food for the party?
Guests with a hosted Bear Paw Party package may bring a store-bought birthday cake or cupcakes (no frozen items). No other outside food or beverages—except bottled water—are allowed.
Candles are also not provided.
Bear Paw provides plates, cups, napkins, and utensils for any food or beverages purchased from the park.
Guests must bring their own serving utensils and paper products for any treats they bring.
Cabana Celebration Parties can add a Cooler Pass for $25, which allows select food and drinks to be brought in (see restrictions for details).
When should everyone arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to check in, verify your guest list and waivers, and get ready to begin your celebration.
Can we arrive early or stay late?
Bear Paw Explorer and Cabana Celebration parties have set start and end times. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact our Groups Team in advance to discuss arrangements. Guests are welcome to stay in the park until closing, but you must leave your reserved party space at the end of your scheduled time so we can prepare for the next guests.
Can I decorate?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring simple decorations, such as themed table coverings, plates and napkins. The adventure park tends to be windy making it difficult to keep balloons and signs in place. All décor must be weighted and cannot be attached in any way that would damage our property.
What does my party host do?
Your party host will:
- Check in guests and verify waivers
- Transition your group between attractions
- Serve food and beverages
- Keep the party on schedule
- Clean the party space at the conclusion of your celebration
Our hosts are here to make sure you and your guests feel well-cared for during your time at Bear Paw Adventure Park.
Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?
Yes. Birthday party reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Final payment is due 3 days before your party.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel a Birthday Party and be eligible for a refund, notice must be given at least 7 days in advance. Birthday Party cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund, minus a $50 booking fee. Birthday Parties canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date are non-refundable.
If needed, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your party for a more convenient date.
What happens if it rains?
Bear Paw remains open during rain, but will close for weather conditions such as thunder and lightning. If the park experiences a closure during your party, our team will work with you to determine whether we can adjust your party schedule or if rescheduling is the best option. Please note: Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled party, for any reason (including inclement weather).
Do you allow short notice or same-day party reservations?
Bear Paw Splash Parties can be booked up to 24 hours before the party start time.
Bear Paw Explorer and Cabana Celebration Parties can be booked online up to 7 days in advance.
For parties requested within 7 days, please call our Groups Team to check availability.
