Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes (no Crocs) and gloves are required for participation. Guests have the option to purchase gloves and rent shoes upon arrival. We recommend wearing gym-type clothing with long hair tied back. For your safety, guests must be fully dry before being harnessed. Swimwear such as bikinis is not permitted. Shirts and shorts are required to participate. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we're open! Due to the outdoor setting, please dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

Gloves must be worn by participants on the course at all times. We have gloves available for purchase

All participants must sign a waiver prior to their visit. Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver for them. The waiver will be linked in your confirmation email. Please refer to the confirmation email for further instructions.

*If guests do not fill out the waiver prior to their check-in time and have to do it upon arrival, we cannot guarantee their time slot. Their session may need to be moved to another time.

Guests who have pre-purchased tickets online will check in at our ticket booth. Guests who arrive without tickets will need to purchase them at our ticket booth.

*Day of ticket purchases are based on availability, we cannot guarantee time slots will be available.

After checking in at the Ticket Booth, please proceed to the ropes course 15 minutes prior to the session start time. We will equip you promptly to ensure you can begin your session and maximize your time on the course.

Ground school is where guests receive instruction and guidance on how to use the gear effectively for a successful climbing experience. Once guests feel confident and comfortable with the equipment, they can proceed to the starting platform to begin their adventure!
